Ben is a candidate for Princeton’s Master in Public Affairs. Before graduate school, he worked as a foreign language translator and trained emergency medical technicians. Coming to Princeton by way of southwest Montana, Ben is interested in economic policy interventions to address environmental externalities like smoke pollution from wildfires. He seeks to increase access to affordable climate-friendly technologies in lower-income rural communities and study mechanisms to strengthen the implementation of international climate agreements.
