Claire Kaufman received her Masters in Public Affairs with a concentration in climate and energy policy. Alongside coursework, she served as SPIA's Sustainability Representative and convened the Climate Club. 

Prior to SPIA, she spent five years working across the fields of renewable energy, water, biodiversity, and green business policy and programs in Arizona, including as the Sustainability Policy Advisor for the former Mayor of Tucson. She holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
