Fatima Mumtaz is a Master in Public Affairs candidate at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. Born and raised in India, Fatima is an engineer-turned-policy professional with over four years of experience working in private and public sector organizations. Prior to Princeton, she worked as a Data Science Lead at the Development Monitoring & Evaluation Office (DMEO), NITI Aayog, Government of India. She is particularly interested in the use of emerging technology and data to inform evidence-based policymaking in the field of climate change and digital empowerment.
