Nong started her career at Greenpeace East Asia, handling and coordinated legal tasks to support environment and climate campaigns across four offices. She transitioned into a research role at UNDP China, where she worked for over two years before coming to Princeton. She conducted policy analysis on energy transition of China and the Global South and facilitated SDG localization in China through projects. She also implemented South-South Cooperation projects across Asia, Africa and Latin America to support these countries’ development priorities. In Princeton, Nong would like to focus on climate adaptation of the Global South and nexus of energy, climate change and human development.
